Okay, It's been a while...... AGAIN. And TADA~~~~~ I AM BACK...... AGAIN.
Wonder why I stop blogging for a while?? It's because I WAS SICK. Horrible sore throat that almost drive me crazy until I gotta visit the doctor, TWICE. So now, it's fine (I guess) and the doctor said I really gotta exercise MORE. He said my immune system is kinda...... not too bad but still bad T_T And drink plenty of water (which I always do) and watch out things that I put in my mouth :0 This simply means that I must stop oily food, fried food, heaty food and spicy food...... I WANT MY TOM YUM GOONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! T_T
And what makes my life worse than sick is that I SPRAINED my back :0
Well, Last last Saturday I was doing cardio workout, and...... I think I forgotten to warm up?????? =X
And yeah...... The pain is still here and it's frightening me...... It's like My bone gone out of it's original place and My butt feels a little funny...... Pokey I guess >< Note myself, NEVER EVER DO EXERCISE WITHOUT A PROPER WARM UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This sucks man. I mean, I am determine to lose weight and get fit and I freaking SPRAINED My back :0
How am I going to do cardio?????? T_T I just hope My life will turn to a good one, at least I am recover from My sprain...... PLEASE T_T
