last nite uWengXuan felt like bakin muffin,
n i cant believe Mama wants to bake muffin too~


we picked up da recipe from Chef Michael Smith,
he make it like sooooooooooo EASY````
but i dont think it goes same on me....

well,
this recipe differ from da normal recipe~
seperate into wet n dry batter~


dry bater~
flour + baking powder + oats + raisin
nvr heard of oats in muffin rite??
it sound soooooooooo WEIRD````


wet batter~
egg + honey + yogurt
NO SUGAR NEEDED````
perfect for girls who diet-ing~~


we added oats~
its kinda weird though.....


yogurt~~
we put smooth & fruity flavor~~
there's strawberry inside~
YUMMY~~


mix da dry n wet batter together n......
WAAA*LAH~
put it in aluminium foil cup~~~
put some chocolate chips if u want~
dont wanna let those choco chip sink to da bottom~


thn heat da oven to 180*C~
bake for 20 minutes n........

after a war with my air-cond,
its time to clean da fan```
its da 1st or 2nd time i cleaned da fan....
ungroup da fan was EASY,
but grouping da fan back was a MAJOR headache~!!!

although cant reli see clearly but,
