Guilt

Okay, I am almost done with My gadgets and design of My blog, and it's finally...... READY TO ROLL!!!!!!!! YEEEEEPIIIIII~ :D Anyway, to make my all-time-prior-dream-come-true and I basically have no time to go for proper workout as I am currently having My internship :0 Therefore...... I CLIMB STAIRS. Yes, I climb stairs to lower My guilt LOL. My office is located at the 3rd floor so I decided to climb stairs, from ground floor climb all the way up t the 3rd floor...... EVERY MORNING. Well, at least I am doing some so-called "workout" =X Just to make sure My effort does not poof-and-go-away easily, I ate a bread for breakfast and a few more egg sandwiches for my lunch. People who are reading this, some of You guys may be like "serious??" "that ain't gonna help." But really, I never felt so motivated to go on diet before :D Still people, a balance diet is a MUST. I think tomorrow I better bring some fruits along too >< 

So now, I am looking for some simple workout that I can carry on in the office. Just sit on the armchair for 8 hours won't bring me to anywhere further :0 I even feel fat already when I am sitting. ISH.

A Better Person

Hey people, I'M BACK!!!!!! LOL, it's been a while since don't know when, and I keep posting 'I'M BACK' for like 894752387593 times already. But this time, I promise, I will keep this blog alive as long as I could!!!!!! Well, at least for a few years. Anyway, this blog has a new theme, which is: A BETTER PERSON. I mean, a better person as in beautiful and positive, both physically and mentally :) 

First of all, I ALWAYS want to lose weigh. It's been my dream (ambition) since I was 10 years old. Seriously, NO JOKE. I think I ate too much at that time?? And since then, I hardly grow taller, but grow ROUNDER and FATTER :0 Therefore, I started diet-ing by ate lesser and NOT EXERCISING. Well, I did slim down a little but still getting fat on and off. I can conclude that my diet was a total FAILURE and NO PROGRESS at all. I am already 21, I gotta go lean and fit!!!!!! 

Secondly, as I said just now, I am 21, and I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PUT ON MAKEUP.

SHOCK AHH!!!!!! 
I only apply BB Cream and THAT IS IT. I am so lazy to learn, so lazy to do survey and buy, and most importantly, I do not know where to start. Those steps are so complicated, I mix up every step. O.O So, I really need to pick up those steps man!!!!!! And be pretty~~~~~~ 

Lastly, this blog is to share my experiences and feelings to those people out there that have the same problem as I do. I hope that My experiences can inspire people to be physically and mentally positive and be beautiful. Not for anyone, just ownself :)  I will keep updating this blog, so stay tune people!!!!!! :)
