WHAT IS SORE THROAT?
Sore throats are an acute inflammation of the mucous membrane of the lower pharynx. Tonsils and the soft palate may also be inflamed. The main indication of a sore throat is pain when swallowing and sometimes a burning sensation and a tightness in the throat. Secretions may be discharged from the mucous membrane or the throat may be very dry.

by da way,
here r some remedies for ppl who had sore throat:

-Gargle with aloe vera juice two times daily.

-Mix one teaspoon to 2 tablespoons of apple cider in a glass of water. You can mix it as strong as you can stand it. Gargle one mouthful every hour, swallowing afterward. Repeat twice each time.
NOTE: After using this remedy be sure to rinse your mouth with water to prevent the acid from eroding the enamel on your teeth.

-Take several tablespoons of honey lemon juice several times a day. Let it sit in your throat a little while. This remedy will also help alleviate that irritating throat "tickle."

- Mix a teaspoon of salt in eight ounces of quite warm water. Gargle the whole mixture several times a day.

recipe~~ watermelon + red dragon fruit juice

tis is a recipe tat i learnt from a tv show called 阿贤人情味~

JUICE~~~ yum =]

watermelon + red dragon fruit~

is easy~ not difficult at all~

wat u need is...

- a blender

- a cup

- watermelon

- red dragon fruit

- ice

1. cut da watermelon as shown in da pic~

MUST BE RED WATERMELON~~

2. cut da red dragon fruit into pieces~

but i forgot 2 take da part tat already been cut~~

3. put da watermelon + red dragon fruit into da blender~

my mum took off da 'thing' so...

does tis machine count as blender??

4. blend those ingredients into liquit form n wa*laah~

1 good old watermelon + red dragon fruit juice comin right up~

i forgot 2 rotate da photo soooo...

twist ur head to downright position to get a good look of my masterpiece~
