Guilt
Okay, I am almost done with My gadgets and design of My blog, and it's finally...... READY TO ROLL!!!!!!!! YEEEEEPIIIIII~ :D Anyway, to make my all-time-prior-dream-come-true and I basically have no time to go for proper workout as I am currently having My internship :0 Therefore...... I CLIMB STAIRS. Yes, I climb stairs to lower My guilt LOL. My office is located at the 3rd floor so I decided to climb stairs, from ground floor climb all the way up t the 3rd floor...... EVERY MORNING. Well, at least I am doing some so-called "workout" =X Just to make sure My effort does not poof-and-go-away easily, I ate a bread for breakfast and a few more egg sandwiches for my lunch. People who are reading this, some of You guys may be like "serious??" "that ain't gonna help." But really, I never felt so motivated to go on diet before :D Still people, a balance diet is a MUST. I think tomorrow I better bring some fruits along too ><
So now, I am looking for some simple workout that I can carry on in the office. Just sit on the armchair for 8 hours won't bring me to anywhere further :0 I even feel fat already when I am sitting. ISH.
